Apparently, yes. This is the (Almost) final version of Umiko for a project. For the project we had to pick an artist we liked and make a character/background in that style. I picked Jhonen Vasquez and decided to draw my character Umiko in his style. (Then I changed her a ton because I'm not working with water and Vasquez's style.) So, yeah.
